Now is your chance to adjust those perceptions. With this course, you have the opportunity to explore a topic of your choice impacting your community and share your results using multimedia.

Goals:

• Research a civic, environmental, economic, artistic, or historical topic that originated or affected the student's local community
• Develop a coherent understanding of the topic's origin and the impact on the community.
• Communicate insights learned using Web 2.0 and social media tools
