Throughout this CAP, we collaborated effectively. The topic authentically resonated with all group members, which contributed to our successful teamwork. Each person proactively brought their ideas to the table.
One challenge was determining the appropriate scope for an action that was to occur in one of our schools. Since our schools are our places of work, we had to be sure that we proposed an action that would not damage our professional reputations. This was a barrier to initial progress on the CAP, so we did not have the opportunity to receive feedback on our work from those outside our team. Narrowing the scope earlier may have addressed this challenge.
However, our project is sustainable--teachers will be able to use our practices and lesson plans long after this semester is over.
