THIS IS NOT A CONTROVERSIAL TOPIC!!!
Environmental groups, scientists, researchers, and others who are worried about the effects of climate change on the planet's ecosystems support efforts to prevent deforestation brought on by that change. Detractors can include businesses that rely on deforestation to operate or those who don't think it's urgent to deal with climate change.
Deforestation brought on by climate change, according to those who support addressing it, has an important influence on the carbon cycle, biodiversity, and climate change itself. The economy would suffer if this matter is resolved, say opponents, or there isn't enough evidence to warrant action. The agreement among scientists, however, is that deforestation brought on by climate change is a serious problem that needs swift action to lessen its effects.
The conservation of biodiversity, carbon sequestration, and the protection of natural resources are some of the environmental advantages of tackling the deforestation brought on by climate change. Inaction has a detrimental influence on the ecosystem, causes soil deterioration, and increases carbon emissions. Those who live in or depend on wooded regions and those who depend on natural resources are often individuals who feel these advantages and responsibilities to a greater extent than others.

The Heartland Institute is a conservative think group that has questioned the existence of climate change and has rejected many of the solutions put out to deal with the problem. They contend that the science underlying climate change is ambiguous and that the suggested actions would incur large financial consequences.
Donald Trump: The former president has criticized climate change and undone many of the environmental regulations implemented under the Obama administration. He has stated that initiatives to address climate change will harm the economy and destroy employment, and that it is a hoax. Trump has also questioned the validity of the scientific consensus on climate change, saying that it is still an open question.
