These practices are designed to help build skills through drill progressions, throwing and video feedback.Â
What makes group sessions different from one on one sessions is that they also encourage friendly competition and camaraderie among athletes. We have found that these settings help athletes learn how to compete in a healthy way that builds sportsmanship and respect for opponents.
