House Rules

Common Room LB is a quiet space. Please minimize your volume while inside the common room as respect to your cube neighbors.

Food and drinks are allowed inside our spaces. Our brewed coffee and drinking water is also available for you to enjoy for free in the pantry. Other food items are also available in the pantry for a price.

Clean as you go. A trash bin is located at our pantry area where you may dispose of your trash.

Common Room LB will not tolerate any form of gender-based harassment. Please refrain from browsing or engaging in such activities while in our space. At any given time guests feel unsafe, please approach our front desk immediately. 

Do not overcrowd. If renting a cube, please do not bring your friends over. Your friends can, however, rent their own space if one is available.

Take care of your personal items. While we'd be happy to look after your personal items, Common Room LB will not be held liable to any loss or damage a guest may incur while inside the premises.
