Common Club Golf was founded in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania during the summer of 2021 by Chase Krewson, John Garrubba, Nick Westfall, and Hriday Chauhan. They found a love of golf through frequenting TopGolf Pittsburgh during the previous spring. After going golfing together a few times, they gave content creation a shot. They were heavily inspired by giants of the golf content world such as Good Good and Bob Does Sports.
The channel's first video featured a 2v2 Scramble format, which quickly developed into the group's signature style of video. Since then, they have explored several challenges, themes, and other ways to expand their content portfolio. They have branched out from golf videos, and have taken an approach towards other multimedia opportunities including trivia videos, as well as their podcast, The Clubhouse. As of January 2025, Common Club has surpassed 800,000 views and over 900 followers across all platforms.
Common Club represents the highs and lows of average golfers as they put an unorthodox, yet comedic spin on the game that they love. Common Club values their abilities (or lack thereof) on the course, and how they can translate it to fun, energetic content. The shared competitive nature of the boys drives the raw emotions and priceless interactions demonstrated in all of their videos.
What started out as 4 friends attempting to play golf has since found its way into collegiate locker rooms, and even featured during an ESPN live broadcast. Since the channel's conception, Common Club has added three (3) new members: Jack Scanlon (2021), Shawn Miller (2023), and Rishi Chada (2024). They are looking forward to making 2025 their best year yet!
