who we are
We met 6 years ago...
doing our Masters in Clinical Psychology, in Plymouth, Devon.
Since then we have worked together, lived together and celebrated together... Standing firmly on common ground.
Between the three of us, we speak 6 languages. 2 of us are immigrants, one is a member of the LGBTQ+ community, another 2 are neurodiverse, and each one of us focus on a space that is rooted in cultural realism. We understand the plight of obvious and subtle racism, discrimination, identity politics and marginalization.
Each of us have different qualifications, training pathways and areas of experience. You can find individual credentials and registrations on our profile page.
what makes us different
We don’t have weird therapy voices! We will talk to you normally. We won’t pretend to know better than you but will offer perspective from our years of varied professional experience. Risks include occasional mixing of metaphors. Our hope is that what we say makes sense to you - we strive for evidence based practice and keep it real.
