All payment will be done in $ (USD) via PayPal invoices (PayPal converts the currency automatically). Unless you are from Denmark, then I am willing to take payment through MobilePay.
By commissioning the customer will understand and agree that the physical product won't be mailed/shipped.
The customer will be receiving a high resolution digital file of their commissioned artwork.
The commission will start right after approved rough sketch of the artwork, if payment doesn't get fulfilled you have no right to use said sketch.

I retain all rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to use the work for commercial purpose, portfolios, etc. Futhermore I retain the right to display commissioned work in personal galleries, websites, and social media.
The Customer may not profit from the artwork. This includes selling prints, merchandise, original file or rights to the image.
The Customer can resize or crop the artwork to use as wallpaper or icons for non-commercial use, but is not allowed to alter the artwork itself.
The Customer can upload a watermarked image on their website or gallery with credit to the artist.

All personal data received from the client (email address, name, etc.), will be kept secure and only for the duration of the paid commission untill the final file is sent to the client.

The time frame of the project will be flexible unless a deadline is given by the Customer.
Customer will be informed if the project will be slowed down by any personal reason.
Customer will also be sent work in progress pictures along the way, and can request small changes BEFORE I start the linework.
