Please read these terms carefully before commission me.
Working with me imply that you'll agree to the following terms and conditions.

Commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
Modification, redistribution, re-selling, or use in IA*1, is prohibited without my authorization.
I will keep the right to say NO to any request, I may not even give a justification to you.*2
*I do reccomend to use others people works, there are a lot of better artist than me :D.
*I will probably say something like -Ill not do that. Or -I will not take this commission sorry.

I have a weekly schedule, with 2 to 3 slots per week.
You can take multiple slots, and I do give 5% up to 15% off.*1
I will not take more than 3 commissions at once from you.*2

YCH, and other special shit will not take space on the slots!!
*the maximum discount its 15%.
*I will not take more than 3 works per batch.
Regular Commissioners have priority over New Commissioners, So if I get a cancelation they will have priority on the avalaible Slot.
PROCESS

Once you ask for a commission, you will select a disponible slot.
I will ask you about the details of the work, and depending on the request, I will take it or not.

For taking the slot, you will have to pay 35% of the total price of the commission.
When your turn comes, I will send you a dm 1 to 3 days before starting your commission. In this I will request additional details and information, and confirm that I am about to begin working on.

otherwise I will have to cancel the commission without refund
[RENDER COMMISSION]
Starting on the monday of your selected/designated week, I will send you a fast/concept Sketch, and you can make ANY change you want to it.
Once confirmed, I will not make more changes.
Completion time for [Render Commissions] its usually 1Week.
This includes sketching, coloring, rendering, lineworking, background, and Variations.
[RENDER COMMISSION]
Starting on the monday of your selected/designated week, I will send you a fast/concept Sketch, and you can make ANY change you want to it.
Once confirmed, I will not make more changes.

This includes sketching, coloring, rendering, lineworking, background, and Variations.
[COMIC COMMISSION]
Starting on the monday to tuesday of your selected/designated week, I will send you the concept comic page, and we will discuss about it.
The changes to it are limitated, mostly of them will be Pose, Expression, and Composition.
Once confirmed, I will not make any change to it.
The completion time for [Comic Commissions] its usually between and 1-2Weeks.
This includes sketching, coloring, rendering, lineworking, and backgrounds.
[COMIC COMMISSION]
Starting on the monday to tuesday of your selected/designated week, I will send you the concept comic page, and we will discuss about it.

Important Information
Only a description its NOT allowed.
Its required a detailed description of the commission you want, this includes:
Pose
Scene
Characters
Background
Expressions
Variations
And also Images for refence of the characters and examples of what you want.
I will NOT create Text or Story for the works, this has to be provided by you.
VARIATIONS
Variations or alterations, are modification to the works. This includes from dick-in, dick-out, cum, belly Inflation, Creampy, Facial Expression, Pose, Lights, Clothes, etc.
The price for them vary depending on complexity.
Cum variations are 6 U$D, this includes Creampy, Belly inflation, Facial change, etc.
Normal variations are 10U$D, this includes Small pose changes, Dick-in/Dick-out, Movement, etc.
Complex variations are 13-17U$D, this are the most complex pose changes, and different lighting.
You have to ask for this when you send me the details of the commission.
After I will no take them, As I do have to plan them out before, to be able to prepare the layers and the workflow around them.
REVISIONS
I will fix and change any mistake I did on the work, this goes from a bad line, bad text, some random ass color, a not filled part of the drawing, a missed desing request, etc. Just mark them down and Ill work on that!!
Keep in mind that Pose revisions count as variations, and you will be charged up, so if you dont like the pose, LET ME KNOW in the sketch phase.
I will not get angry if you dont like something I drew, so please tell me when you dont like something so I can give the Best Commission for you.
When I do deliver the work, you will recive the Work+Variations+Original Files. All of this will be inside a Mega folder.
THE PRICES ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE, AND I WILL NOT DO FREE REQUEST.

The payment will be issued via PAYPAL invoice.

A 35% payment is required to be on the ->LIST<-. The remaining must be paid before delivery.
All prices are in USD.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be COMPLETE*, ONLY if I have not started working on it.
Refunds once im WORKING, are NOT AVAILABLE
*if its paypal, I will not pay for the taxes on it. So it will never be 100% money back
COMMERCIAL USE
You are NOT allowed to use my commissions for comercial use. This includes:
Merchandise
such as: Prins on Clothes, Mugs, Posters, Stickers packs or any other items for sale.
Branding
Such as: Logos, Branding, Cards, Banners or Packaging.
Publications
such as: Books e-Books, Magazines, Comics, Animations, Films, or any Paid publications.
Marketing and Advertising
such as: Social media Ads, Digital or Physical Catalogs, etc.
Content Monetization
such as: Youtube, twitch, kick, etc. [monetized].
Resale
such as: asset for Games, Apps, Software, or another person.
You are allowed to use them as:
Personal avatars or banners*1
Printing for personal display*2
Private commissions*3
*1 This can be displayed on socials, like twitter, discord, youtube, etc. without bussiness branding On it.
*2 This can be posters, stickers, etc. You can give your friends stickers if you want, but with not re-sell or profit intention.
*3 You have to ask before hand for a privated commission, also I will put my signature on it.
OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT
As the "artist", I retain the copyright to all commissioned works.
Fan art commissions of characters from games, series, or anime are offered as personal use only.
These characters remain the property of their original creators, and I do not claim ownership.
You may not claim the artwork as your own or alter it without my permission.
If you require full copyright ownership, it must be explicitly discussed, and an additional fee will apply.
Personal Original Characters (OCs) remain the intellectual property of the client. I retain copyright over the commissioned artwork unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
For Original Characters designed by me: the client owns the character design, but I retain the copyright over the artwork unless a copyright transfer is purchased.
ADITIONAL INFORMATION
Commissioners will get the role "Commer" On Discord this will grant you access to All my UNCENSORED artworks on #Uncensored.
My works will be using Adversial Perturbation to perjudicate the use of IA on the works.
The format of the Commission will be 3000x4000 with a ppi of 400. it can be Vertical, or Horizontal this depends on what you request is (I do reccomend vertical the most).
Video references are not good, I will not take them. Search a bit for photos please, or take screenshots of it if you want.
I will upload the works on my portfolio or socials.
You can ask for private commission, its an additional 20U$D fee.
