Commissioner for Oaths Dublin

Terence Carton is a Commissioner for Oaths, appointed by Chief Justice Susan Denham in December 2013, and is authorised to witness the swearing or declaration of documents and the certification of copy documents.
 

He can verify affidavits, statutory declarations, and other legal documents.

As a Commissioner for Oaths, he is authorised to administer oaths and take affidavits, which are crucial for legal proceedings ,documentation & Naturalisation of Citizenship

Terence is based in Dublin 7 but also serves Dublin city & County, Dunlaoghire & Rathdown.

Fees which are set by the Courts Service are :

Affidavits, Copy Documents, Naturalisation Documents, passport, €10 (per Signature Witnessed)
