A standard fee of €10 per document is charged for witnessing a signature on an affidavit or declaration.
The fee to certifying copies of original documents is €10.00.
There is an additional €2 charge for each exhibit attached to the document.
A callout fee applies to any appointments requiring travel.
Fees for services as a Commissioner for Oaths are set by the Rules of the Superior Courts.
