DEPT. PROFILE:
The Department came into existence with the introduction of B.Com First Year in June, 1977. There was student strength of about 30. Subsequently B.Com II Year and Final Year came into being in 1978 and 1979 respectively. Since its inception the Department was attracting good number of students and producing encouraging results. At present, the total strength of student in B.Com Programme is 480.
