💳 Payment & Refunds 💳

🍒 Upfront payment: Full payment (100% upfront) is required before I begin working on your piece.

🍒 Refund policy: Please note that all sales are final and non-refundable once payment has been received, so make sure you are fully confident in your request.

🎨 Content Restrictions (Will NOT Draw) 🎨

Please keep in mind that I do not accept commissions for the following topics:

🍒 Cub / Lolicon / Shotacon

🍒 Mecha (robots or complex machinery)

🍒 Feral (quadrupedal animals)

🍒 Extreme fetishes

(I reserve the right to decline any request if it does not fit my style or if I am uncomfortable with the concept).

✏️ Revisions & Changes ✏️

🍒 Your commission includes up to 3 free revisions during the sketching phase!

🍒 Starting from the 4th revision onwards, an extra fee of 10% of the total commission price will be charged for each additional modification requested.

📦 Delivery, Copyright & Signature  📦

🍒 Final files: You will receive a high-resolution file (.PNG / .JPG). Editable source files (PSD, CLIP, etc.) are not provided under any circumstances.

🍒 Artist signature: All finished artwork includes my signature/watermark. If you require your piece WITHOUT a signature, an additional fee of $200.00 USD will apply.

🍒 Personal use & rights: Artwork is strictly for personal use (social media avatars, wallpapers, personal prints). I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to display it in my portfolio and on social media.

🍒 AI & NFT prohibition: My artwork and sketches may not be used for training Artificial Intelligence (AI) models or for commercialization as NFTs.
