Terms of Use – Comic Scanner & Value Tracker
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Comic Scanner & Value Tracker website ("Application") provided by Vysion Developers ("Service Provider", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Application immediately.
1. Use of the Application

2. Subscription Plans & Billing
The Application offers auto-renewable subscriptions:
Weekly Subscription: $4.99 USD per week
Yearly Subscription: $29.99 USD per year
Please note: Prices may vary based on your location and applicable taxes.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Subscriptions
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store account settings. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of the paid period.
3. Refund Policy
As per Google Play's policies, all purchases and subscriptions are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. For billing issues, duplicate charges, or accidental purchases, please contact Google Play Support directly. In exceptional cases (e.g., unresolved technical issues caused by us), you may email us at vysiondevelopers@hotmail.com within 30 days of purchase, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
4. In-App Purchases
All in-app purchases are processed via the Google Play Store. Purchases are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Application, use the Application for fraudulent or illegal purposes, or violate intellectual property rights belonging to us or others.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Application, including its content, features, and design, are owned by Vysion Developers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or claims resulting from your use of the Application.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after updates means you accept the new Terms.
