One Form, Three Outcomes; Smart Workflow with Zapier Paths!
Have you ever received form responses from your clients and then had to manually forward emails, update spreadsheets, or create Trello tasks?
That was my client’s challenge, and I fixed it with Zapier Paths, making one form submission trigger three different actions based on the selected service.
Here's what I built:
✅ When someone selects Social Media, an automatic email goes to the social team via Gmail
✅ If they pick Website Design, a card is instantly created in Trello with their project info
✅ Choosing a Virtual Assistant? Their details are logged into a Google Sheet for easy tracking
✅ A Confirmation Email is sent back to the clients on the services they need, no confusion, no back-and-forth. Just automated smart routing.

Built a no-code automation using Zapier to evaluate quiz responses, calculate eligibility scores, and send personalized acceptance or rejection emails based on predefined criteria. Qualified applicants receive one randomly selected support benefit and a dynamically generated onboarding date — all without writing a single line of code.

Client's Requirements:
You will develop an Airtable dashboard based on our existing macro-enabled Excel workflow. Transfer data from Excel to Airtable and create a dynamic dashboards that visualize key metrics and performance indicators. You will work closely with our team to ensure the dashboard aligns with our operational needs.
What I built:
• A dashboard tracking customer name, email, application date & time, region, product, product price, and units.
• Automated total sales using formula fields.
• A rotating roster assigning sales reps per shift based on time (morning/evening), powered by formulas.
• Email automation for every new form submission.
• Auto notifications on approval or rejection — including Slack integration to alert the processing team.
• And yes, I didn’t do it alone: ChatGPT helped me troubleshoot formulas that would have left me stuck.
What I Built (Using n8n + Airtable + Notion):
✅ Cron Trigger to check Airtable every 5 minutes
✅ Airtable Node to fetch new tasks where “Sent to Notion” was unchecked, Notion Node to automatically create a page in the client’s Notion database, mapping: Task Title, Due Date, Assignee, Priority, Status etc.
✅ Update Airtable Node to mark those records as “Sent to Notion”
→This way, each record is sent once with zero duplication (A way to avoid duplicate entries).
Result?
✅ A real-time sync between Airtable and Notion
✅ Reduced manual updates by over 70%
