Our project is in support of travelling grassroots theatre companies who performs in small towns across Ontario. We are interested in bringing important, historical stories to rural communities that do not have access to the multicultural art scenes in urban areas. Since Come Good Rain is a one man show, it is an easily transportable and lower budget production. The structure of the show renders it an excellent choice for smaller theatre companies who place a focus on the significance of making art and education accessible. Our goal is to help spread an important story to small audiences, and in doing so create a more globally aware and accepting province.
