Sarah Burns, a third year English and Women and Gender Studies major and Drama minor at the University of Toronto, is interested in pursuing theatre as a writer and performer. Her latest projects in this pursuit include participating as a writer and actor for the Bob Revue, Canada's longest-running collegiate sketch show, and writing with the SMC Funnies, another on-campus sketch troupe, for their most recent virtual show.
Emily Gagliano is a third-year student currently studying Performance, Cinema, and Italian Culture at the University of Toronto. She is working towards having a career in acting. Emily has performed in over 15 productions throughout her career. Her most recent performance was in a student-written play entitled "Clue," which premiered at the UC Follies Fest in early October of 2020. She has been a co-director in various productions.
Casey Hua is a third-year university student from Hong Kong, studying English and Drama at the University of Toronto. She is an actress who has performed in over five productions/scene plays and has recently discovered her interests for production and design in the theatre. She is currently working as the Technical Director for the campus theatre group SMC Troubadours and has helped facilitate and live stream three amazing productions online.
Lagan Maheshwari is a fourth year student at the Centre for Drama Theatre and Performance Studies. She is pursuing a Specialization in Performance. She is an international student from Bombay, India and hopes to work in theatre and film there. Her recent credits include Dorothy in How to Care for Lavender in Winter (UofT Scarborough Drama Society) and Peter in Peter and the Starcatcher (Victoria College Drama Society). She is also the Education Director for the UC Follies and will be making her directing debut at UofT in March 2020.
Victoria McIntyre is a third year student at the University of Toronto. She is a writer, researcher, and director. She co-wrote and co-directed her original play, A Portrait of Two Men, at the University of Toronto. The play received an award from the U of T Spotlight Playwriting Competition. She is a contributor to multiple newspapers and artistic journals on campus. In 2019, she was a Northrop Frye Centre Undergraduate Fellow. In 2020, she continued working in research as a Jackman Scholar in Residence with a focus on theatre and cinema studies.
