By accessing and using the services of Combs Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Copyright & Ownership
All images captured and produced by Combs Photography are the intellectual property of the business and are protected under copyright law.
Clients receive a license for personal or commercial use as agreed upon in the contract but do not own the original copyrights unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Usage Rights
Clients may use purchased images for personal or business purposes as outlined in their service agreement.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any photographs without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Payment & Refunds
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a booking.
Full payment must be completed as per the agreement, and no refunds will be issued for completed services.
Liability
Combs Photography is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, equipment failure, or venue restrictions that may affect the quality of service.
Liability is limited to rescheduling or refunding up to the amount paid for the service in cases where Combs Photography is unable to fulfill contractual obligations.
Privacy & Data Protection
Client information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Combs Photography may use select images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
