Enrolment and Placement
Our courses are designed for individuals aged 16 and above. Enrolment for individuals under 16 years of age will NOT be accepted and fees will not be refunded.
If you have had a long absence, irregular attendance, or did not pass your previous level exam, you are required to either retake the course or provide proof of your current level.
Payment Policy
A refund is not available unless the conditions acknowledged in the registration form are met.
Fees must be paid in full. Installment payment is not accepted. Any first payment will not secure a seat and the money will not be returned.
For late payment, you must have already filled out the registration form, and you must contact us first to obtain payment authorization. Sending money without notifying us may result in losing the funds.
Current CCST students and staff receive a 25% discount on fees.
Class Registration and Access
In the event that the number of students who register for a certain course exceeds a predetermined limit, we reserve the right to open an additional class on different days and times. However, the availability of additional classes is subject to instructor availability and other measures. Consequently, we may also consider closing the registration early.
Upon sending the receipt, a payment confirmation email will be sent within two days, and after the end of the registration period, another email will be sent containing the link to access the class. It is your duty to make sure that you have both emails before the course starts.

The information you provide will be used solely for enrollment process. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent. In addition your email will be added to our contact list for updates on our activities. If you prefer not to receive these emails, please send us a request.

Class Participation
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary technology and internet access for class participation. The CIC is not responsible for technical issues. During the Class, the students should turn on their video cameras and use headphones, and the classes will not be recorded.
The language of instruction is mainly the English language. We expect students to have a good command of the English language. We cannot assist with any difficulties or discomfort that may arise as a result of this.
Respectful behavior during class is a key. We reserve the right to expel students from the course without providing a refund and prohibit future enrollment if this clause is violated.
Class Change and Freeze *
The teacher reserves the right to place you in a different course if your current level is not suitable. A student can also ask to change their class if they find it unsuitable, provided the teacher approves and the request is made within the first two weeks of the course start.
You may request to freeze your enrollment by emailing the CIC within one week of the course start date. Please note that you are freezing the balance of fees paid, not the course itself; if future fees increase, you must pay the difference. To maintain this credit, you must enroll in the nearest subsequent course or the freeze will be cancelled. Frozen fees may also be applied toward a different course than the one originally selected.
CIC Attendance Certificate *
An attendance certificate will be issued upon completion of the level (A1, A2, B1, B2) subject to attending a minimum of 70% of classes and passing the final exam.
Regarding students residing in Sudan who struggle to meet the minimum attendance requirement due to the network challenges, exceptional consideration will be given.
