Travel

If you are flying, the closest major airport is London Stansted. From there you can reach Cambridge by bus (get off at Cambridge Parkside) or train. Please note that these stop running late at night. It is possible to travel to Cambridge from other London airports, but this takes significantly longer. The fast trains from London King's Cross to Cambridge take 50 minutes and depart every 30 minutes. The college (resp. DPMMS) is a 30 (resp. 45)-minute walk from Cambridge train station. Buses are available, but unfortunately are quite slow. There is a taxi rank on the right-hand side as you exit the station, and various mobility apps also work.

Excursions
Popular activities include punting on the River
Cam, a walk to the Grantchester Tea House, and exploring the university's historic colleges.
