Works in areas outside of London, but can be reached online. It provides anonymous phone calls and online chat for people aged 9-21 dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, bereavement, bullying, anger, relationship problems, low self-esteem, and self-harm.

Kooth is a free, safe, and anonymous online counselling service for young people aged between 11-18. Counsellors are available every day until 10pm. You can also get support from the online Kooth community, read articles written by young people and write in a daily journal.
The Mix: https://www.themix.org.uk/
The Mix is a nationwide and online organisation that provides support for young people. Can support with a variety of challenges from mental health to money, from homelessness to finding a job, from break-ups to drugs. The Mix Counselling service is suitable for short-term help with mental health and emotional wellbeing. Telephone and Web Chat counselling service is available to young people aged 25 years old and under. You can also access crisis manager, 1:1 chat service and a helpline.
