This policy explains how NotifyVault, provided by Tdapps, handles information when you use the Android application.
If you enable Android notification access, NotifyVault can read the sending app, sender or notification title, notification text, time, and images attached to notifications. Notification access can operate while NotifyVault is not open because this is the app’s core function.
This information is used only on your device to provide notification history, search, conversation and app grouping, statistics, media previews, retention controls, and deletion controls.
Your saved notification history remains on your device and is not uploaded, sold, or shared. NotifyVault uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics to process limited technical, usage, and crash data separately from notification history. These services are provided by Google LLC. NotifyVault does not display ads, use the collected data for personalized advertising, provide cloud synchronization, or require a user account.
Firebase Analytics helps us understand how the app is used and which features need improvement. It may automatically process an app-instance identifier, coarse location derived from a masked IP address, app lifecycle events, allow-listed screen views, sessions, app version, device model, operating-system information, language, and general interaction events. NotifyVault disables Advertising ID collection and ad-personalization signals. We do not set an account-based user ID, enable Google Signals, or use Analytics for personalized advertising.
Firebase Crashlytics helps us identify and fix crashes, application-not-responding events, and technical errors. It may process crash stack traces, relevant app state, relevant device metadata, timestamps, app and operating-system versions, Firebase installation IDs, Crashlytics installation UUIDs, and session identifiers. Google states that Crashlytics retains crash traces and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning removal from live and backup systems.
We do not intentionally include notification text, notification senders or titles, attached notification images, saved conversations, search queries, or the app PIN in Analytics events, Crashlytics logs, custom keys, user IDs, or crash reports. These notification-history details remain in local app storage.
Firebase and Google Analytics data may be processed on Google’s global infrastructure and is encrypted in transit. Google processes this information under its applicable terms and privacy documentation. For more information, see Privacy and Security in Firebase and the Google Privacy Policy. We do not treat Google’s processing on our behalf as a sale of personal data.
Saved notification data is stored in NotifyVault’s private application storage. Android backup and device-to-device transfer are disabled for this data. You may enable an app PIN for additional access control. Firebase data is encrypted in transit; Crashlytics data is also encrypted at rest by Firebase. No storage or transmission method is guaranteed to eliminate every security risk, so you should also protect your device with Android screen-lock security.
You can choose which apps NotifyVault records and select a retention period of 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, or until you delete the data. You can permanently delete notification history, notification media, and conversation images from Settings → Clear notification history after confirmation and identity verification. This action preserves app preferences and the optional app PIN, which has a separate removal control. You can stop future notification access at any time by disabling NotifyVault in Android’s notification access settings. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app removes local data and stops future Analytics and Crashlytics transmission from that installation, subject to Android platform behavior. Data already sent to Google is retained and deleted according to the applicable Firebase and Google Analytics settings and policies. NotifyVault is not directed to children and is not designed for use in the Google Play Families program.
We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when a revised policy is published.
