MoviePrime (the "App") values your digital privacy and is fully committed to ensuring a secure and transparent user environment. This document sets out our comprehensive Privacy Policy regarding data collection and usage, alongside our official Content, Copyright, and Licensing Disclaimers.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or utilizing MoviePrime, you implicitly express your absolute consent to the structures and practices detailed in this document. If you do not explicitly agree with any terms outlined herein, please immediately discontinue use and uninstall the application.
API Integration: App uses TMDB’s API for movie browsing and posters. For complete technical documentation and API regulations, please visit: https://www.themoviedb.org/documentation/api
Content Licensing: This app uses data and images by TMDb licensed under CC BY-NC 4.0: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/
Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for the content you download or search using this app. Free and open-source files have no problem to download. Every data shown in-app is pulled directly from third party API. We do not store any movies or personal information on our server. All copyrights are for respective owners.
Intellectual Property & Fair Use: Our application follows the “fair use” guidelines by US law. If you feel there is a direct copyright or trademark violation that does not follow within the “fair use” guidelines or any of the Intellectual Property rights have been infringed, please contact us directly.
We strictly enforce a zero-collection policy regarding personally identifiable information. The App does not require, request, or harvest any personal profiles, account credentials, full names, physical addresses, telephone numbers, or email listings. Your browsing and interaction logs remain totally decentralized.
To preserve software integrity, track core architecture responsiveness, and diagnose service instability, the App may automate the processing of non-personal, aggregated telemetry via reliable third-party analytics SDKs. This includes:
Device characteristics (such as phone model, OS version, hardware orientation, and anonymized device identifiers).
System stability parameters (such as detailed application crash reports, system freeze duration logs, and processing latencies).
To enable seamlessly operational features, MoviePrime may request specific operational permissions from your hardware ecosystem, which can be modified inside your device preferences at any time:
Network/Internet Connectivity: Required to make calls to public metadata APIs, display trailer streams, and render promotional movie artwork.
Storage Permissions: Utilized solely if localized processing or temporary image caching requires local device folder allocations.
To fund continuous technical support, infrastructure iterations, and feature improvements, we implement industry-standard third-party modules:
Google AdMob: Deployed to display non-intrusive in-app advertisements. AdMob may process anonymous mobile advertising IDs to distribute relevant ad inventory.
Firebase & Crashlytics: Employed to identify real-time deployment defects, analyze run-time metrics, and deliver regular performance optimizations.
Since we do not manage backend cloud server structures to store custom watchlist collections or user logs, the security configuration of your interaction data remains natively bound to your individual physical handset. We advise safeguarding your mobile device utilizing robust biometric access or screen security passwords.
MoviePrime aligns with digital distribution safety criteria and does not purposefully market to or knowingly archive information identifying children under 13 years of age. In the event that a technical data trace of a minor is brought to our attention, we will enforce immediate administrative deletion.
We preserve the explicit privilege to refresh this documentation when regulatory standards change or application updates necessitate structural modifications. Any revisions will instantly override legacy policies upon publication, as reflected in the updated "Last Updated" notation above.
If you have questions, feedback, or need to raise intellectual property concerns regarding content metadata or direct fair-use boundaries, please address your communications to our official email channel:
