Yes, there're many things that cause water scarcity but one major cause would be the increase of pollution. Now, because of pollution this effects the earths surface. Another main cause would be droughts especially places that don't get really any water such as desert lands. Many things factor into this and another big one would be the big high supply and demand for water.
In addition to is this picture that’s seen of a boy or girl holding out their hands by a faucet of water that is not releasing any type of water at all. You can see his or her hands are filthy and just wants water to clean them up but can’t even do that because of having no water. This picture that was in an article by the editors of [The Last well] “Eye Opening Facts About the Water Crisis in Africa”. Now water scarcity is a main problem in some parts of Africa it’s bad there and not many people are helping and especially their local government doesn’t want to help.
