Foreword
2021 Crises and Opportunity Management Conference International (COMCI) will be held for the first time. As the chairperson of the co-organizer, I would like to give my unlimited blessings. Looking forward to the holding of this conference, it will give scholars and experts who are engaged in research in related fields an open space for discussion.
The field of crisis management includes many areas, from education, psychology, politics, engineering, technology, management, and even medicine and public health. The danger comes from not knowing it. If we know it and inspect it at any time, we can find that there are still many opportunities in the danger. Therefore, this conference will give everyone a cross-field discussion space from the level of academic research. I also look forward to this conference for the academic community in Southeast Asia and scholars from all over the world to learn from each other, and to shine in this field in the near future.
Taiwan Association of Sustainable Development for Environment and Resource (TASDER) is a non-government organization that combines academic and industry. Established for more than 20 years, in addition to holding annual environmental resource sustainable development conferences, it also co-organized Cross-strait environmental and energy conference with University of South China and Nanjing University of Science and Technology, as well as the Global Chinese Environmental Protection and Energy Technology Conference with Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. These activities have made a certain degree of contribution to international academic cooperation and also been highly affirmed.
In this conference, TASDER accepted the invitation of the COMCI Preparatory Committee to co-organize the COMCI conference with International Centre of Organization Innovation (ICOIS)-Thailand. TASDER is happy to provide our past experience in handling academic activities, and work together to build this conference into an ideal space for knowledge and experience exchange. At the beginning of the conference, I would like to congratulate all of you on this preface.
