The activities of the volunteers are covered by the Colwinston Community Council insurance policy. All volunteers MUST read and sign that they understand and agree to comply with the risk assessment and method statement (RAMS) below BEFORE they participate in volunteering activities. A folder is held in the tool shed  on site in which a list of signatories is held. Any first time volunteers should be asked to read the RAMS and sign the schedule. A copy of the RAMS is also held wthin the file.
