Our students’ success requires high-quality, nurturing teachers who are supported by administrators and a board collaborating to create a culture where employees feel valued and respected. It is essential to retain and recruit the best teachers and staff to ensure that our children achieve academic success and career readiness.

Financial Stewardship 

Financial stewardship is vital to meeting the many funding challenges public schools face. I will use data to guide funding decisions that promote student achievement and reduce barriers to learning while investing taxpayer contributions wisely.

Transparency and Accountability 

Transparency and accountability are crucial to building trust between the board and community. I will work to foster open lines of communication and seek input from stakeholders to help inform board decision making.

Equity

I support MRH’s work to advance equity in education so students can reach their highest potential. Prioritizing equitable allocation of resources for teachers and staff is fundamental to achieving this goal.
