A 12-week hybrid program to help accelerate your athlete’s development. This program is a mixture of 1-on-1 in person training, along with at-home exercises to hold your athlete accountable for his own development. You will also be given a customized program to ensure the training is right for your athlete. You will also have access to videos and periodic phone calls with myself to assure development is on track. For ages 12 & up
