Columbia is pleased to present Rev. John M. Henniger as our pastor. He has been in the ministry for over 30 years and has been at with us for more than 10 years.
Columbia is pleased to present Rev. John M. Henniger as our pastor. He has been in the ministry for over 30 years and has been at with us for more than 10 years.
His resume includes having been the Pastor of Family Ministries, a Senior Pastor, an Interim Pastor, and a Minister of Education. He was the chaplain for two local High School football teams, he has been a speaker at youth camps across the country, and he has worked with people of all ages. He has taken mission teams to Korea, Australia, Mexico, and Haiti.

Rev. Young graduated from the Berkeley Baptist Divinity School. He came to us from a pastorate in Alliance with his wife Adelaide and their four children. During his 26 years of service, Rev. Young fulfilled his commitment to the congregation and was an encouraging and caring minister to the needs of the members. He had a special relationship with the youth of the church and taught a number of confirmation classes which helped the growth of the church. Under his leadership, a number of church committees were formed and their activities have been essential to the effective advancement of the church.
