Advanced algorithms, careful proofs, and implementations that hold up under contest pressure. The course continues beyond W4995 with probability and randomized algorithms, advanced dynamic programming, graph algorithms, network flows, matchings, and other regional- and Division 1-level material.

Interview-ready algorithms, regional contest skills, and a path toward ICPC competition. Meetings combine a focused lecture with collaborative problem solving and timed practice. Core topics include reliable contest workflow, complexity, arrays and strings, searching patterns, data structures, greedy methods, trees, graphs, dynamic programming, and team strategy.
