This Privacy Policy applies to cv66 (“the App”), a mobile game published on Google Play by COLTS CARRIERS LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your rights and choices when you use the App, including details regarding third-party advertising services integrated into the App.
We do not operate backend servers that collect, store, or maintain personal accounts, names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, precise GPS location, or personal files (such as photos or videos). You can play the App without creating an account or registering personal credentials.
However, to support the App and provide free gameplay, the App integrates third-party advertising services (Google AdMob) that automatically collect and process certain device and usage data:
A. Information Collected Automatically by Third-Party Ad Services
Our advertising partner, Google AdMob (provided by Google LLC), uses software development kits (SDKs) that automatically collect certain technical information from your device, including:
Device Identifiers: Advertising identifiers such as the Google Advertising ID (AAID) on Android, or vendor-specific identifiers.
Network & Technical Information: IP address (which may be used to estimate general, non-precise coarse geographic location such as city, region, or country), operating system and version, device model, hardware specifications, language settings, and network carrier.
Ad Interaction & Performance Data: Information about ads served, impressions, clicks, video viewing completion (e.g., for Rewarded Ads), viewability, and diagnostic metrics (e.g., error logs, SDK performance, and latency).
B. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The App stores limited gameplay and configuration data locally on your device, such as:
Game progress, level unlocks, and achievements
Virtual coins and in-game economy balances
Audio, graphics, and user interface preferences
Ad state preferences (e.g., whether in-app options such as "Remove Ads" have been activated)
This information is stored exclusively on your device using local storage (such as Unity PlayerPrefs) and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
Information collected through third-party advertising SDKs is used for the following legitimate purposes:
Delivering Advertisements: To display banner, interstitial, rewarded, and app open advertisements within the App.
Frequency Capping & Fraud Prevention: To prevent users from seeing the same ad repeatedly, detect invalid clicks or fraudulent activity, and ensure advertising network integrity.
Ad Measurement & Analytics: To measure ad performance, calculate impressions, and verify ad viewing completion so that in-game rewards (e.g., coins) can be granted accurately.
Personalized / Contextual Advertising: Depending on your device settings and privacy consent choices, ads may be contextual (based on app content) or personalized (tailored to your interests based on previous activity across apps).
The App displays third-party advertisements served by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC.
We display the following ad formats:
App Open Ads: Displayed upon cold launch (after splash loading) or when returning to the game from the background.
Banner Ads: Small banner displays positioned at designated areas of the screen.
Interstitial Ads: Full-screen advertisements displayed at natural gameplay transition points.
Rewarded Ads: Optional full-screen video ads that players can choose to watch in exchange for in-game currency (such as 2,500 coins in the Shop or Big Deal offers).

Local Game Data: Game progress and local settings remain on your device until you clear the App’s cache/storage through your device settings or uninstall the App. Uninstalling the App or clearing its storage will permanently erase locally stored game progress.
Ad-Related Data: Data processed by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's standard data retention schedules (typically aggregated and anonymized after standard retention periods).
Security: While we and our third-party partners implement reasonable technical safeguards to protect information, no wireless data transmission or electronic storage method is 100% secure.
The App is designed for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions such as the EU/UK).
In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play’s Families Policy, our ad requests are configured to respect child-directed settings and restrictions where applicable. You can exercise your opt-out right by resetting or deleting your Advertising ID in your Android device settings.
The App may occasionally display advertisements that contain links to external third-party websites, apps, or services. Clicking on an advertisement will direct you to a third party’s platform. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or policies of third-party advertisers.
