This Privacy Policy applies to BB44 (“the App”), a mobile game published on Google Play by COLTS CARRIERS LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you use the App.
We do not collect, transmit, store on our servers, sell, or share personal information through the App.
The App does not require you to:
Create an account
Provide your name or email address
Submit payment information
Share your contacts
Provide your precise location
Upload photos, videos, or other personal files
We do not use the App to track your activity across other applications or websites.
The App may save limited information locally on your device, including:

This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers or shared with third parties.
You can remove locally stored information by clearing the App’s storage through your device settings or uninstalling the App. Clearing the App’s data or uninstalling it may permanently delete your saved progress and settings.
The App does not contain third-party advertising.
The App does not offer in-app purchases or other paid digital products. We do not use advertising networks for targeted advertising, behavioral profiling, or cross-app tracking.
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies within the App.
We do not collect information about how you interact with the App and do not create user profiles for advertising or marketing purposes.
Google Play and your device platform may independently process limited technical or diagnostic information under their own privacy policies. Such processing is controlled by those service providers and not by COLTS CARRIERS LLC.
Because we do not collect personal information through the App, we do not sell, rent, or share personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.
We may disclose information if required to comply with applicable law, a valid legal process, or an enforceable governmental request. However, because the App does not transmit personal information to us, we ordinarily have no App user information available to disclose.
The App is designed to minimize data collection. Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device.
Although we take reasonable steps to provide a secure experience, no device or software system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and operating system.
We do not maintain user accounts or store App user information on our servers.
Locally stored game data remains on your device until you:
Clear the App’s storage;
Reset the App’s data; or
Uninstall the App.
Because we do not receive or control this locally stored information, deletion must be performed through your device settings.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users.
Because no account is required and personal information is not collected through the App, we do not knowingly maintain information belonging to children under 13. If you believe that personal information has been transmitted to us, please contact us using the information below.
Parents and guardians should supervise their children’s use of mobile applications and configure appropriate device and Google Play parental controls.
The App is available to users in multiple locations. Regardless of where the App is used, we do not collect or transmit personal information through the App.
The App does not intentionally include links to third-party websites or services.
If a future version includes a third-party service or external link, that service may operate under its own privacy policy. We will update this Privacy Policy and the App’s Google Play Data safety declaration before introducing data practices that materially differ from those described here.
