Please plan to arrive at Colton High no earlier than 6:15am, note that the gates will NOT be open prior to 6:15am as our staff prepare for the day. Please refer to the Bus Drop off & Pick up tab for more information. Races will begin as scheduled and on time, ensure that your team is there well in advance of your first race.
Head Coaches will be able to pick up team packets starting at 6:30am at the Check In Tent located on the track. Team packets will include a roster of athletes, bibs, and safety pins for each athlete. Please note that if an athlete will NOT be running on race day, please return the unused bib to MASTiming or to the Check In Tent, you do NOT need to alert MASTiming to this change. If you need to add an athlete on race day, please let Meet Manager at the Check In Tent know and you will be directed to MASTiming. Please give us and MASTiming plenty of time in advance to make the changes for you.
Please understand that we CANNOT accept payment on race day in any forms. Payment must be mailed directly to Colton High School. Your team will NOT be turned away from participating at the SWARM if you attempt to provide payment on race day or if your payment has not arrived in the mail prior but we ask that you keep us updated on its progress to us.
