Colour Trading values your privacy. This policy explains what data the app uses, what it does not collect, and how local storage and ads work.


1. Our Commitment to Privacy

Colour Trading is an independent educational simulation app designed to help you practice virtual colour market trading — including trending colours, market charts, portfolio tracking, analytics, watchlists, and demo trade simulation using virtual coins only.

You can use the app without creating an account, signing in, or sharing personal identity details.

This app is not affiliated with or endorsed by any financial institution, broker, exchange, or real-money trading platform. Colour Trading does not sell financial products, process payments, or offer real-money rewards.


2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not directly collect or store the following personal information:

No sign-up, login, OTP, social login, or registration is required. Virtual trade inputs are used only on your device during your active session and are not saved to our servers.


3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

To provide app functionality, Colour Trading stores limited local data on your device only:

This data is stored locally using Android Room database and DataStore. It is not linked to a personal account. We do not sync this data to any cloud server.


4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Colour Trading uses Google AdMob to display banner and interstitial advertisements.

Google may collect certain technical data (such as Advertising ID, device information, IP address, and ad interaction data) to serve and measure ads according to Google policies.

5. Simulated Market Data

All colour asset prices, market charts, trending data, and analytics shown in the app are simulated for educational purposes only. Market data is generated locally within the app and does not represent real financial markets or live trading prices.

Virtual demo coins have no real-world monetary value. No deposits, withdrawals, gambling, betting, or cash rewards are offered.


6. Offline Content and Network Use

Most simulation features — markets, portfolio, analytics, watchlist, and virtual trading — work with locally stored and simulated data.

Internet access is used for loading advertisements through Google AdMob. Core simulation content does not require an account.

Virtual trade inputs are processed on your device and are not uploaded or stored remotely by us.


7. Sharing Content

If you use your device's share feature, sharing is handled by your selected apps (e.g., messaging or email apps). We do not receive shared content unless you explicitly send it to us through a support channel you choose.


8. Third-Party Services

Colour Trading uses Google AdMob for advertising. Other than AdMob, the app does not use social login, cloud account sync, or real-money broker integrations.

The app does not integrate with payment gateways or external data brokers.


9. Cookies and Tracking

The app itself does not use browser cookies. Ad-related data processing may be handled by Google AdMob as part of ad serving and measurement.


10. Permissions

Colour Trading requests Internet and network state access for advertisements. The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, or location for core features.

No account permission prompt is required to use the app.


11. Data Security

Because there is no user account system, there is no personal login profile stored by us.

Locally stored app data (demo portfolio, trades, watchlist, and theme settings) remains on your device unless you clear app storage or uninstall the app.


12. Children's Privacy

Colour Trading is intended for general audiences seeking educational market simulation practice. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.


13. Your Choices

You may clear local app data anytime:

Settings → Apps → Colour Trading → Storage → Clear storage

Uninstalling the app removes your virtual portfolio, trade history, watchlist, and theme settings stored on your device.

You can manage ad personalization: Settings → Google → Ads


14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be shown inside the app with a revised "Last Updated" date.
