This privacy policy explains how the "Color Match Cannon" mobile application ("the App", "we", "us") handles information. By installing or using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
SUMMARY
We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. Color Match Cannon is a single-player offline arcade game. It does not require an account, does not contain advertising, and does not include third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT
We do not collect any of the following:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact information
- Account credentials or identifiers
- Device identifiers (advertising ID, IMEI, MAC address, etc.)
- Location data (GPS, network-based, or otherwise)
- Photos, contacts, microphone audio, or camera input
- Browsing history or app usage telemetry
- Crash reports or diagnostic logs sent to remote servers
The App does not request or use any runtime permissions to access personal data.
INFORMATION STORED LOCALLY ON YOUR DEVICE
The App stores a limited amount of gameplay information only on your device, and only for the duration of a play session:
- Your current score and best score in the current session.
This information is held in the App's in-memory state. It is never transmitted off your device and is removed when you close the App or uninstall it.
PERMISSIONS
The App's Android manifest includes the INTERNET permission, which is required by the React Native framework used to build the App. The App itself does not make any network requests, send analytics, or load remote content during normal play. No data leaves your device.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is suitable for all ages and does not collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The App complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) by virtue of not collecting personal information.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App does not integrate any third-party services that collect personal information. It does not include any of the following:
- Advertising networks (e.g., AdMob, Unity Ads, Facebook Audience Network)
- Analytics platforms (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, Flurry)
- Crash reporting services (e.g., Crashlytics, Sentry)
- Social login providers
- Cloud save or leaderboard services
DATA SECURITY
Because the App does not collect or transmit personal data, there is no personal data at risk of unauthorized access. Local gameplay state is protected by the standard Android sandbox model — only the App can read its own in-memory data.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after a policy change indicates acceptance of the revised policy. If a future version of the App ever begins to collect personal information, this policy will be updated in advance and you will be notified through the App listing.
