These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “user”) and Color Touch (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding your access to and use of the Color Touch mobile application (the “App”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.
The App is provided for general entertainment and relaxation purposes only.
There are no age restrictions for using this Application.
Unless otherwise stated, the App and all related content, including but not limited to source code, design, graphics, colors, text, interface elements, and logos (collectively, the “Content”), are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by the Company.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that:
You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms
You will use the App only for lawful purposes
You will not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to interfere with the App
You will not attempt to access, copy, or exploit the App’s source code or internal systems
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the App
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or redistribute the App or any part of it
Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the App
Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
Use the App for commercial or revenue-generating purposes without written permission from the Company
The App does not allow users to upload, submit, or share any content.
If such features are introduced in future versions of the App, they will be governed by updated Terms & Conditions.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices that you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
Modify or create derivative works of the App
Use the App to develop or create competing products
Exploit the App for commercial purposes
Your privacy is important to us. Color Touch does not collect, store, process, or share any personal or non-personal data and does not request any device permissions.

These Terms remain in effect while you use the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE APP’S PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting the updated version with a revised “Last updated” date.
