Privacy Policy — ColorPop Puzzle

Effective date: October 16, 2026

ColorPop Puzzle ("the app") is a jigsaw puzzle app for young children, made by Android Dev ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles and why. We built the app so that it collects as little information as possible.

Summary

- The app has no accounts, no sign-in, no chat and no social features.

- We do not collect, store or share any personal information about children or parents.

- Your child's progress is saved only on your device.

- The free version shows non-personalized, child-appropriate ads from Google AdMob. Buying "Unlock everything" removes all ads.

- Purchases and settings are behind a parental gate.

Information stored on your device

The app saves which puzzles your child has finished, the chosen puzzle size, and whether "Unlock everything" has been purchased. This information stays on your device. It is never sent to us. Uninstalling the app deletes it.

Purchases

"Unlock everything" is a one-time in-app purchase handled by Google Play. We never see or receive your name, email address or payment details. Google Play tells the app only whether the purchase is active, so that it can be restored on a new device. Google's handling of purchase information is described in the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Advertising

The free version shows full-screen ads from Google AdMob, only between puzzles and never while a child is playing. Users who purchase "Unlock everything" see no ads.

We configure every ad request for a child audience:

- requests are marked as directed to children under the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and as under the age of consent under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);

- ads are not personalized: no interest-based advertising and no remarketing;

- ad content is limited to the "G" (general audiences) rating;

- the app does not access the Android advertising ID.

To deliver ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google AdMob may automatically process limited technical information, such as the device's IP address, device type, operating system version and app interaction with the ad. For child-directed requests, Google limits this processing as described in Google's policies for child-directed treatment (https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6223431) and in the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). We do not receive this information in a form that identifies you or your child.

Ads may contain links to other websites or apps. Those have their own privacy policies.

Children's privacy

The app is designed for children aged 2 to 6 and complies with the Google Play Families Policy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Purchases and settings are protected by a parental gate that a young child cannot pass. If you believe a child's personal information has been collected through the app, contact us and we will help delete it.

Your rights

Because we do not collect personal information, we hold no data about you to access, correct or delete. To remove everything the app has stored, uninstall the app. For data processed by Google, see Google's privacy controls (https://myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy).

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the effective date above.
