Color Pixels ("we", "our", "us") is a paint-by-number coloring application developed by Salmane Chahidi. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application ("App").
By using Color Pixels, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Color Pixels is rated PEGI 3 and is suitable for all ages, including children. The App contains no violent, adult, or inappropriate content. We comply with the Google Play Families Policy and applicable children's privacy laws.
We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the App:
Automatically collected:
Game progress and completion data (stored locally on your device)
App preferences and settings (language, sound, notifications)
Anonymized analytics data (app performance, crash reports)
We do NOT collect:
Precise location data
Contacts or phone data
Payment information (all purchases are handled by Google Play)
Any personally identifiable information from children without verifiable parental consent
We use the collected information to:
Save your game progress locally on your device
Personalize your in-app experience
Display age-appropriate advertisements via Google AdMob
Analyze anonymized usage data to improve the App
Respond to support requests
Color Pixels uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, including banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded ads.
Child-directed treatment is enabled. This means:
AdMob is configured with TAG_FOR_CHILD_DIRECTED_TREATMENT = TRUE
AdMob is configured with TAG_FOR_UNDER_AGE_OF_CONSENT = TRUE
Maximum ad content rating is set to G (General Audiences)
No behavioral targeting or interest-based advertising
Only Google-certified family-safe ads are served
No cross-app tracking for advertising purposes

All data is stored locally on your device. No personal data is transmitted to external servers, except anonymized ad-related data handled directly by Google AdMob.
Color Pixels is designed to be safe for children of all ages.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent
Advertising is configured in child-directed mode (no behavioral ads)
No social features, chat, or user-generated content sharing with strangers
Parents or guardians may delete their child's account at any time from Settings → Delete Account
For children under 13, use with parental supervision is recommended
If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child without proper consent, please contact us immediately at chahidi.salmane@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

All data is stored locally on your device. You can delete all app data at any time via Settings → Delete Account, or by uninstalling the app.
All in-app purchases (coins, hints) are processed exclusively by Google Play. We do not store or process any payment information. Google Play's terms and privacy policy apply to all transactions.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the App or via email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
