1. No Personal Information Collection Our app does not ask users for a name, phone number, or email address. The AI feature creates an anonymous account identifier and a random device identifier for security, abuse prevention, and daily usage limits.
2. Artwork Storage Saved drawings, coloring pages, and downloaded AI-generated images are stored locally on the user's device. Users can delete saved artwork from the My Artworks screen.
3. AI Feature Usage When a user chooses the AI cartoon feature, the selected photo and generation instructions are sent securely to Supabase and Replicate only to generate the requested image. Generated image links may remain available temporarily through the AI provider. Do not upload a photo without permission from every person shown in it.
4. Safe & Kid-Friendly Experience This app is designed to provide a safe, creative, and family-friendly environment for children and users of all ages.
5. Third-Party Services The app may use trusted third-party services such as: • Supabase (authentication, rate limits, and safety reports) • Replicate (AI photo processing and generated images) These providers process data only to deliver and protect the AI feature. Their own privacy policies also apply to data processed by their services.
6. Safety Reports If a user reports an AI result, the generated image link, report reason, anonymous user identifier, random device identifier, and report time are stored in Supabase so the report can be reviewed.
7. Data Security & Retention Data is transmitted using encrypted HTTPS connections. AI photos and outputs are processed by service providers only for app functionality. Provider retention may follow their own privacy and deletion policies.
8. Data Requests Users may contact us to ask questions or request deletion of AI safety report data. Include the approximate report date and generated image link, if available, so we can identify the record.
9. Privacy Policy Updates We may update this Privacy Policy in future app versions. Any changes will be reflected inside the application or store listing.
