This privacy policy applies to the Color Jumper app (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Dominic Siino and Xavier Royer (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a free service. This service is provided “AS IS”.
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain information, including:
- A randomly generated internal user ID
- A username you choose
- Gameplay data such as your scores
This information is used to operate features such as player accounts and leaderboards within the Application. The information that the Service Provider requests will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.
Third-Party Services
The Application uses the following third-party service:
- LootLocker (https://lootlocker.com/privacy-policy)
LootLocker provides backend services such as player accounts and leaderboards. When you use these features, LootLocker may process information such as your internal user ID, username, gameplay data (such as scores), and technical information necessary to operate their service. LootLocker’s processing of data is governed by their own Privacy Policy.
The Service Provider does not use additional analytics or advertising services within the Application beyond what is necessary to operate the features described above.
Disclosure of Information
The Service Provider may disclose information processed through the Application:
- As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
- When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- With trusted service providers (such as LootLocker) who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to appropriate privacy and security obligations.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes that are available on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. After uninstalling, you can email colorjumperdevs@gmail.com to request your data removal.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like the Service Provider to delete user-provided data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at colorjumperdevs@gmail.com. They will respond within a reasonable time and delete or anonymize your stored data where appropriate.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application is not directed at children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, they will promptly delete such information from their systems. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at colorjumperdevs@gmail.com so that they can take the necessary actions.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Color Jumper app (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Dominic Siino and Xavier Royer (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a free service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. It is recommended that you read them carefully before using the Application. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Application.
License and Intellectual Property
The Application is licensed, not sold, to you. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or any trademarks used in connection with the Application is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted.
All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider or their licensors.
Use of the Application
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as useful and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. Any changes or charges will be clearly communicated within the Application or via the application marketplace listing.
Some features of the Application, such as online leaderboards, require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of internet access, network issues, or device limitations.
You are responsible for any charges that may apply for data usage or other third-party fees resulting from your use of the Application, including when using the Application outside of your home country or without Wi-Fi. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the Application, you are responsible for obtaining permission from the bill payer.
You agree not to use the Application in any unlawful or inappropriate way, including but not limited to:
- Using offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate usernames or content;
- Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized modifications to gain advantage;
- Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the Application, servers, or networks.
The Service Provider reserves the right to remove or modify usernames, leaderboard entries, or other content, and to restrict access to the Application, if they believe these Terms have been violated.
Personal Data
The Application stores and processes personal data that you provide to the Service Provider in order to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application.
Third-Party Services
The Application may use third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies. These include, but may not be limited to:

Your use of such third-party services within the Application may be subject to their respective terms and conditions, and the Service Provider is not responsible for those third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
While the Service Provider endeavors to ensure that the Application is updated and accurate, the Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, that may arise from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Application;
- Any errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies in the Application;
- Any reliance placed by you on the functionality of the Application;
- Any issues resulting from third-party services used in connection with the Application.
Updates and Termination
The Service Provider may update the Application from time to time. The Application is currently available for the platforms listed in the application marketplace, and the requirements for those platforms may change. You may need to download updates to continue using the Application.
The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be updated to remain compatible with all versions of the operating system or devices. You agree to accept updates to the Application when offered.
The Service Provider may terminate the availability of the Application at any time. Unless otherwise notified, upon termination:
- The rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will end; and
- You must cease using the Application and, if necessary, delete it from your device.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. Continued use of the Application after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
