These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Coloring Book Maker - Sketchy mobile application (“Application”) provided by the Service Provider (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Application immediately.
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for your activity within the Application.
The Application allows users to create coloring pages, sketches, and artistic image transformations using photos, gallery images, and AI-powered tools. You agree not to misuse these features.
The Application offers an auto-renewable subscription for premium features such as unlimited artwork generation, premium filters, advanced sketch tools, and ad-free usage.
Weekly Subscription: $9.99 USD per week
Prices may vary depending on your location and applicable taxes.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Google Play account or Apple App Store account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings.
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid subscription period.
All purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
For billing issues such as duplicate charges or accidental purchases, please contact the respective app store support directly.
In exceptional cases involving technical issues caused by the Application, you may contact us at shrjeelaamer@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
All in-app purchases are processed via official app store payment systems.
Purchases are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
You agree not to:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Application
Use the Application for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes
Violate intellectual property rights belonging to us or third parties
Upload or generate harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
Attempt to interfere with the Application’s servers, systems, or functionality
All rights, title, and interest in the Application, including its content, features, design, graphics, and AI-generated functionality, are owned by the Service Provider.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Any third-party trademarks, logos, or images remain the property of their respective owners.
The Application may use AI-based technologies to generate coloring pages, sketches, and artistic transformations.
We do not guarantee that generated results will always be accurate, error-free, or suitable for every intended use. Generated artwork is provided for entertainment and creative purposes only.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any uploaded images.
The Application is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or claims resulting from:
Use of AI-generated artwork
Loss of saved images or projects
Subscription or billing issues handled by third-party app stores
Reliance on generated content or creative outputs
Temporary interruptions, bugs, or technical issues
The Application may use third-party services such as analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or AI-processing providers.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or practices of third-party services.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
