This Privacy Policy applies to the Colorika mobile application (the "Application"), which is provided by v26 ("Service Provider") as an ad-supported service. The Application is provided "AS IS".
Information We Collect and How We Use It
When you use the Application, certain information may be collected automatically by the Application and by third-party services integrated into the Application. This information may include:
- your device Internet Protocol address (for example, IP address);
- device identifiers, including advertising identifiers where available;
- approximate location derived from IP address;
- operating system and device information;
- app activity related to advertising, such as ad impressions, interactions, and diagnostics;
- general usage information, such as time spent in the Application and the features or screens used.
This information is used to operate the Application, provide advertising, measure ad performance, improve stability and functionality, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
The Application does not require account registration and does not directly collect your name, email address, or phone number through normal use of the app.
The Application does not collect precise location data.
Photos and Media Access
The Application may request access to your device’s photos or media library for the following purposes:
- to allow you to select and import an image into the Application;
- to save your finished artwork to your device’s gallery.
Imported images, generated thumbnails, and coloring progress are processed and stored locally on your device. The Service Provider does not upload your imported images or saved artwork to its own servers as part of the normal functionality of the Application.
Third-Party Services
The Application uses third-party services that may collect, process, and share certain technical and advertising-related data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Data Sharing
The Service Provider may disclose information:

- through third-party SDKs and services integrated into the Application, as described above.
Data Retention
Imported images, thumbnails, and coloring progress are stored locally on your device until you delete them from the Application, clear the app data, uninstall the Application, or remove them from your device.
If you contact the Service Provider by email, the Service Provider may retain your message and contact details for as long as necessary to respond to your request and maintain reasonable business records.
Data collected by third-party advertising or platform services is retained according to their own privacy policies.
Your Choices
You may stop all collection and use of information by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process available on your device or through the mobile application marketplace.
You may also manage certain advertising and privacy settings through your device settings, where available.
Children’s Privacy
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information directly, the Service Provider will take reasonable steps to delete that information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at v26games@gmail.com.
Security
The Service Provider takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information handled through the Application. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and the Service Provider cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will post any changes on this page and update the effective date below. Continued use of the Application after changes become effective means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
