# Privacy Policy for ColorFun Kids

Mahd Studios ("we," "us," or "our") operates the ColorFun Kids mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App does and does not collect, and how it is used.

ColorFun Kids is designed for young children learning the alphabet through coloring. We built it with that audience's privacy in mind: **the App does not require an account, does not ask children to enter any personal information, and does not save your coloring progress to any server** — everything you color stays only on your device for that session.

## Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect, store, or transmit:

- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact information

- Photos, camera, or microphone data

- Location data

- Contacts or other data from your device

- Login credentials or account information (the App has no accounts)

The App has no backend server of its own, so there is nowhere for this kind of data to be sent even if it were collected.

## Advertising

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob to support free access to the App. To protect children's privacy, we configure AdMob to:

- Request only **non-personalized ads**

- Treat all ad requests as **child-directed** under Google's policies

- Restrict ad content to **General audiences (G-rated)** content only

Even with these protections, Google's AdMob service may automatically collect certain technical information necessary to deliver and measure ads, such as device identifiers, general (IP-based) location, and ad interaction data. This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us, and is governed by Google's own privacy policy:

## Information Stored On Your Device

The App uses your device's built-in features to work — for example, playing sound effects, speaking words aloud, and light vibration feedback when you complete a coloring page. These features run entirely on your device and do not send any data to us or to any third party.

Your coloring progress is kept only in the App's memory while it's open, so that undo/redo and completion tracking work during your session. It is not saved permanently and is not accessible to us.

## Children's Privacy

ColorFun Kids is directed at children. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy requirements. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email below so we can address it.

## Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any information with third parties, other than the limited technical data described above that Google's AdMob service collects automatically to serve ads.

## Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding data collected about you, including the right to request access to or deletion of that data. Since we do not collect or store personal data ourselves, such requests would need to be directed to Google for any data collected through AdMob (see the links above). ## Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
