Color Connect does not collect, use, share, or sell personal data. The game runs entirely on your device; any gameplay progress or settings are stored locally and never leave your device.
2) Data We Collect
We collect no data from your use of the app.
• No personal information (name, email, phone, etc.)
• No device or usage analytics
• No advertising identifiers
• No precise location data
• No in-app account or login
3) Third-Party SDKs & Tracking
We use no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not track users across apps or websites and do not link any data to you.
4) Children’s Privacy
Color Connect is suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your region). If a child contacts us by email, please notify us and we will delete the correspondence promptly.
5) On-Device Storage
The app may store small amounts of gameplay progress and settings only on your device. This data is not transmitted to us. Deleting the app removes this local data.
6) Permissions
Color Connect does not request sensitive permissions. The app plays audio while in use and does not access the microphone, camera, contacts, photos, or location.
7) Your Rights
Because we do not collect or process personal data, data-subject rights (access, deletion, portability) generally do not apply. If you email us, we will use your message solely to respond and will delete the correspondence upon request.
8) International Transfers
No personal data is transferred internationally, as we do not collect any.
9) Changes to This Policy
If we add features that involve data collection (e.g., leaderboards/Game Center, in-app purchases, analytics, or ads), we will update this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy disclosures before release.
