We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask you for your name, email address, phone number or postal address in order to play.
The Apps and the third-party services integrated into them may automatically collect the following information:
Device model, manufacturer, and operating system version
Device language and country/region settings
Screen size and hardware configuration
Mobile network and connection type
IP address (used to derive approximate, city-level location — we do not collect GPS or precise location)
Advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID on Android, Identifier for Advertisers on iOS, Amazon Advertising ID on Amazon devices)
App instance identifiers used for analytics and crash reporting
Screens viewed, pictures opened and completed, session length and frequency
In-app purchase and ad interaction events (for example, an ad was shown, clicked, or a rewarded video was completed)
Crash logs, error reports and diagnostic performance data
The Apps offer optional in-app purchases. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play, the Apple App Store or the Amazon Appstore. We never receive or store your credit card number, bank details or billing address. We only receive a purchase confirmation token used to unlock the purchased content.
If you contact us by email, we receive the email address you write from and the contents of your message, and use them solely to answer you.
Operate the Apps, save your coloring progress and restore your purchases
Display advertising, including personalized advertising where permitted
Measure advertising performance and attribute app installs
Understand how the Apps are used so we can improve content and features
Detect, prevent and fix crashes, bugs, fraud and abuse
Comply with legal obligations
The Apps are supported by advertising. Our advertising and mediation partners may use the advertising identifier and technical data listed above to select and measure ads, including personalized (interest-based) ads.
Our advertising, analytics and monetization partners include:
Google AdMob and Google Play Services — https://policies.google.com/privacy
Unity LevelPlay / ironSource — https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy
Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics — https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Meta Platforms — Facebook SDK (App Events, Google Play version only) — https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/
Ad networks that participate through our mediation partners may also collect data under their own privacy policies. This list may change over time as we add or remove partners.
Meta (Facebook) SDK. The Google Play version of Paint By Number uses Meta’s App Events to measure how well our ads on Facebook and Instagram bring in new players. It is turned on only where our consent tool (Google’s User Messaging Platform) reports that consent is not required, so it is not used for players in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. When it is on, the app sends Meta the app install and app opens, the first time you complete each picture, and in-app purchases (product, price and currency), together with your device’s advertising identifier and technical information such as device model, IP address, language and time zone. For players in California we enable Meta’s Limited Data Use option, which restricts how Meta may use this data. You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time (see “Your ad choices” below).
Your ad choices. You can limit or reset interest-based advertising at any time:
Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID (or Opt out of Ads Personalization)
iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track), and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising
Amazon Fire devices: Settings → Security & Privacy → Advertising ID
Opting out does not remove ads from the Apps; it means the ads you see will be less relevant to you.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
With the service providers listed in Section 5, so they can perform advertising, analytics and crash-reporting services on our behalf
With the app stores (Google, Apple, Amazon) for purchase processing and app distribution
Where required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or the safety of others
In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy
The Apps are intended for a general audience of adults and are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@tigstudio.app and we will delete that information promptly.
We retain automatically collected analytics and diagnostic data for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, and generally no longer than 14 months, after which it is deleted or aggregated so it can no longer identify a device. Purchase records are retained as long as required to honor your purchases and meet accounting and legal obligations. Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to resolve your request.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, to withdraw consent, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
European Economic Area / United Kingdom (GDPR). Where we rely on consent — for example for personalized advertising — you may withdraw it at any time through the consent screen shown in the Apps or through your device advertising settings. We otherwise rely on our legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving the Apps, and on the necessity of processing to perform our contract with you.
California (CCPA/CPRA). We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money. California residents may exercise their rights to know, delete and opt out by contacting us at the address below.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@tigstudio.app from the device or with a description sufficient for us to identify the relevant data. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information we handle. Our advertising and analytics partners transmit data over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). The coloring pictures themselves are downloaded from our content server, and some of those downloads are not yet encrypted; they contain no personal information other than your device’s IP address and the name of the picture file requested. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country, including in the United States and Singapore. Where required, our partners use standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms approved by applicable authorities.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where the change is material, provide a notice inside the Apps. Your continued use of the Apps after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
If you have any question, request or complaint about this Privacy Policy or about how we handle your information, contact:
