Eric Yang and Julian Peng (“theNBT”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) have created this privacy policy (“policy”) for the application ColorBash (“Service”, “Application”, or “App”). We collect your local application statistics (high scores, e.g.) from gameplay. These statistics are stored on your device only, and are not shared with other users nor us. We may collect some information from you if you provide it to us directly (if you decide to contact us, e.g.), generally name and email address. The information we collect may include your application usage, access, session times, viewing tendencies and interactions with advertisements, your unique device ID, hardware type, the version of your operating system (“OS”), your device name, and your general (city/country) location (based on your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address). By using our Service, you consent to the possible use of cookies, web beacons, and Data Collection Tools.

The data and information collected by the third parties may include your device identifier, IP address, geo-location information, application usage, access and session times, applications currently on your device or being used at a certain time on the device, your viewing tendencies and interactions with advertising. The privacy policies of our service providers may include additional information, terms, and disclosures regarding their data collection and utilization.

To the extent we display advertising in our application, we may allow advertising networks of our affiliates and service providers (Unity Ads) to collect information about your device in order to provide targeted ads to you. This information may include:
