Cutthroats 11 - Bison 12

They always say, "It's hard to beat someone three times in a row." The Bison and the Cutthroats faced off for the third time this season. The 'Throats previously beat the bison 9-5 and 15-14. The third game would not disappoint any of the fans that went to watch the game.

This game consisted of three hours of inconsistent baseball. The Bison pulled out to a 12-7 lead in the top of the 8th inning. The Cutthroats came back with a 2-RBI triple by Reichelt in the bottom half, followed by Tramazzo's RBI-single making it 12-10.

Phil Powers retired the side in the top of the 9th. In the bottom half, Wes Sconce started a 2-out rally with a single to left. Daub followed with a walk, then Powers got a single and advanced to second-bringing in Sconce. With the score 12-11, Reichelt was now up, but he flew out to right-field to end the game.

Sconce, Daub, Powers, Link, and Tramazzo all had multi-hit games for the Cutthroats. Phil Powers brought home COTW honors.

The Cutthroats dropped to (10-7) and the Bison improved to (8-8).
