The Cutthroats beat the Juice for the first time in franchise history.The Juice took the 25W title in 2012 and spent the 2013 season in 25WAA. After a disappointing season, the Juice were sent back down to 25W for the 2014 season.

The Cutthroats amassed 19 runs off of 20 hits. Joe Cordo, Jon Bielecki, and Mark Link went 10-10 in a combined effort. Link's sole hit went the distance for his first home run of the year.
