The Colorado Cutthroats dropped to 0-3 to start the 2013 campaign, after falling 12-1 to the Mile High Zombies on Sunday.
Although they only led 3-0 through the first 4 innings, the Zombies' bat chipped away at the strong start of Kenneth Reichelt before breaking it open in the 6th and 7th innings. Offensively, the Cutthroats were stymied by average Zombies pitching, managing only 1 run on an RBI groundout by Tim Hairr in the 6th. The Cutthroats had a bit of a rally started in the 6th, but were gunned down twice on the basepaths to end the threat.
NEXT GAME: vs. Yetis (2-0), Sunday, April 28th, 9:00AM, Green Mountain High School.
