The Cutthroats struggled offensively and defensively on Sunday en route to a 11-1 loss at the hands of the first place Denver Juice. After a three week layoff, the Cutthroats were not able to match the pace of the slugging Juice, who wore down Cutthroats pitching and managed to get several quick innings to keep the visiting team off-balance.

Jon Bielecki had three hits for the Cutthroats and scored the only run on a sacrifice fly by Steve Wyatt.
